Short answer: There are 8 quest blueprints to scan with the Replica Scanner: 3 at Gyro Service Towers (Salvage Gyro), 2 in the Eternal Flame and Dead Breath silos (Recovery Grinder), 1 at Sanctuary Dock 12 (Gyro Deck) and 2 under Central Warehouse Alpha (Bulk containers and Barrels). Tick each one below as you scan it.

How to Scan Blueprints
How do you scan blueprints in The Last Caretaker?
Use the Replica Scanner, the handheld tool that scans furniture into your build menu. Point it at the blueprint poster on the wall and scan; the blueprint then shows up in your Skills menu.
A scan does not build anything by itself. Open the Skills menu, spend the skill points to unlock the item, build its parts at the Fabricator, then place it from the build menu.
The Replica Scanner comes with the furniture-scanning quest early on; look for it in the T menu with your other tools.

How many blueprints are there?
There are 8 quest blueprints to scan in this list: 3 Gyro towers for the Salvage Gyro, 2 silos for the Recovery Grinder, 1 at Sanctuary Dock 12 for the Gyro Deck, and the Bulk and Barrel prototypes for MOSES.
The “Blueprints” item you pick up in buildings is something else: a rare memory (0.5 kg) that you collect, not scan. In a human recipe it adds 10 Adaptability and 5 Logic.
There are about 31 Blueprints memories in 20 places; Central Warehouse Alpha has 4, and the Lazarus Complex and Seed Vault Prometheus have 3 each.

Where Each Blueprint Is
Where is the Eternal Flame blueprint?
Eternal Flame is the southern Recovery Grinder silo, at map coordinates 89, 47. You need the Salvage Gyro to get down to the blueprint.
The blueprint is in a room partway down the shaft. Fly down slowly, or drop from one wall light to the next.

Bring repair materials and fuel: if the Gyro breaks inside Eternal Flame, you can be stuck at the bottom.

Where is the boat extension blueprint (Sanctuary Dock 12)?
At Sanctuary Dock 12 (map 88, 27), in the workshop room with the Recycler and the Fabricator, a helipad blueprint hangs on the wall. Scanning it is the A Place to Land quest.
It unlocks “Boat Extension, Gyro Deck” at skill Tier 13: a landing pad for the Gyro on the back of your boat.
If the blueprint is not on the wall, your game may be older than Update 5.0, when the quest came in.

Where are the Gyro blueprints?
Three Gyro Service Towers have the maintenance room with a blueprint: SGS-SW-115-3255, SGS-NW-115-5100 and SGS-SE-145-6950. Not every tower has the room, so move on if yours does not.

Where are the Bulk container and Barrel blueprints?
MOSES Field Reserve Program asks you to enter the logistics facility beneath Warehouse Alpha, reach the prototype storage room, then scan the Bulk and Barrel prototype blueprints. Completing MOSES Field Reserve Program unlocks blueprints for Bulk containers and Barrels.
