The Last Caretaker MOSES Field Reserve Program: How to Start It and Every Step

Short answer: Go to Central Warehouse Alpha, head down near the big grinder and go through the new door into the logistics facility: the quest starts on its own. Fight past the Rollerbois behind the green barrier, reach the prototype storage room and scan the Bulk and Barrel prototypes. That unlocks the Bulk container and Barrel blueprints.

Game version: Early Access, Update 6; the quest came with Update 5.5 (August 31, 2026)

How to Start It

Where is the MOSES Field Reserve Program?

It takes place at Central Warehouse Alpha, in the old logistics facility beneath the warehouse.

Update 5.5 added the quest on August 31, 2026.

How do you start the MOSES Field Reserve Program quest?

There is no terminal or person to take it from. Go down into the lower part of Warehouse Alpha, near the big grinder, and look for a new door. When you go through it into the logistics facility, the quest appears on its own.

At Update 5.5’s launch an invisible wall blocked part of the warehouse for some saves.

Every Step

What are the MOSES Field Reserve Program steps?

MOSES Field Reserve Program asks you to enter the logistics facility beneath Warehouse Alpha, reach the prototype storage room, then scan the Bulk and Barrel prototype blueprints.

The first objective reads: “Enter the logistics facility beneath Warehouse Alpha and discover the prototype containers”, then “Reach the prototype storage room.”

In the room after the fight, climb the ladder on the right and follow the walkway to an office: the two prototypes are the holograms there.

How do you get past the green barrier and the Rollerbois?

A green barrier blocks the way. Cross it and Rollerbois come out and shoot, in waves, one area after another.

Big Electric Grenades work well on them, as do fire or electric rounds in a machine gun. Take two at a time, save after each section, and pull back to heal and rearm: the trigger for the next wave is visible, so you can fight it in pieces.

Is this the same as “Moses Authorization Required”?

No. MOSES Field Reserve Program is a separate quest that Update 5.5 added at Warehouse Alpha on August 31, 2026.

Through the story, not by levelling up: launch your first rocket and send a human to space. After that, the door at the Last Listener Station that says "Moses Authorization Required" opens. One rocket is enough.
