The Last Caretaker Repair Tool: Missing Tool Fix, Boat Repair and Healing
You start with the Repair Tool and cannot craft another one. If it is missing from your action bar, press T to open the Tools menu, right-click the wrench and give it a slot. Aim it at anything damaged, such as your boat or a beacon's communications array, to see the materials it needs, then carry those to repair it.
